Important Information
for Vendors |

Collectors can sell their excess material
/ collections through our auctions. Emphasis is placed on quality
and better Southern Africa philatelic material, and we invite philatelist to
submit suitable material for our monthly auctions. |

Selling :
- Our commission is 15% of selling
amount.
- Payment usually within 30 days after
auction closing date.
- Vendor to pay for cost of shipment of
auction material to premises of auctioneer.
- Unsold lots (after 2 auctions) will be
returned at the cost of the vendor.
- Estimates will be determined by the
auctioneer.
- We discourage placing reserves on
lots, but vendors can advise the minimum amount that will be acceptable
to them.

Legal Disputes :
- For any legal disputes that might
arise, the agreed jurisdiction will be that of the Swakopmund
Magistrate's Court.
